Demanding buyers of luxury real estate have increasing expectations with regard to security measures put in place by property developers. For the Palais Schottenring, EVENTUS conducted a Protective Intelligence Analysis to create a targeting profile of the exposed property and the residents of the most exclusive penthouses in Vienna. Our unique Strategic Scenario Mapping approach takes into account the perspective of potential aggressors. Based on the precise targeting profile an individual security concept has been designed. In addition to the technical aspects of property protection, it emphasizes the human factor by offering scenario-based trainings to the residents. Every exposed individual must be aware of critical routines to significantly reduce the probability of risk events and to be able to react in the right way to suspicions and in case of an attack.​
